Who we are

Jump Start London operates the website jump-start-london.co.uk and provides mobile jump start and battery services across the UK. You can contact us at info@jump-start-london.co.uk or on 020 8088 5787.

What we collect

When you call us or use the quote form we collect your name, phone number, the postcode where your vehicle is, your vehicle details and anything you tell us about the job. We use this to price, dispatch and complete the work, and to contact you about it. The legal basis is performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering into one.

Retention

Enquiry details are kept for 12 months so we can answer questions about a job or a payment, then deleted. Invoices and payment records are kept for 6 years as required by HMRC.

Sharing

Your details are shared only with the technician attending your job and with our payment processor for card payments. We do not sell or rent personal data.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may record your IP address when the font files are requested.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@jump-start-london.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
